Called power center about my new John Deere rider i bought here that has a ear piercing noise since day 1 when engaging mower blades. Guy on phone (John) was less than helpful and after describing my issue he says "that's not what I asked" in a crappy tone. Im taking it somewhere else to be fixed. I've worked in customer service most of my life and refuse to be talked to like that and will not be a customer here any longer.
parts guy was rude, and very unhelpful because he was not even willing to go look in the back for a part that would fit. He's only worked there a year so far we'll see if he lasts because that is not customer service.
