I've been about half a dozen times and enjoyed my experience each time except for my most recent visit. I got a mani-pedi and he did very sloppy work. Each time I attempted to give him feedback he just ignored me or grunted. I love this place in general but I won't be going back because I'm afraid to wind up with him again.

I don’t remember my nail artists name but the gentleman in chair 8 was very sweet and did a fantastic job with my nails(mine are the blue one). My only complaint was the nail artists in chair one. Although I don’t think he meant it the way it was perceived I believe you should only be touching my hands when getting my nails done. My niece had the gentleman in chair one and although I believe that his intentions were pure he made my 13yr niece uncomfortable by touching her wrist and forearm and said “It’s okay”. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to get services here. They do Brazilian waxes with no gloves on. After removing one of my strips the waxer glided her ungloved finger across the pubic hair that was on the wax. Waxing with no gloves puts the customer and the waxer’s health at risk. Zero stars.
They have great service and very friendly.
