Hannah is amazing! I highly recommend her.
Previously a loyal and satisfied customer; however this year despite the recent remodel I have noticed a change. Poor customer service and quality. When I politely requested polish be removed from my skin and the crooked lines of my French manicure be fixed I was met with hostility. Older female nail technician with glasses on both recent occasions stormed off during service and refused to finish my toes. My gel nail manicure was chipping within 24 hours.
