The workers were very snobby and staring at my children the entire time we were in the store, acting as if they were going to mess things up or steal things. I couldn't event look at ornaments with out them staring. Very unprofessional. We felt very unwelcome.
Great selection I don't always make it to a Hallmark store when purchasing cards, but Kitty's is really top-notch. The selection is so extensive that it can be overwhelming!
