History Established in 1995. The restaurant started in 1995 and it has been that way until we decided to start "Kitty's Thai Kitchen". While we are still a restaurant, Chef Kitty decided to start teaching classes so that she could share her knowledge of Thai cuisine. Meet the Business Owner Kitty T. Business Owner Chef Kitty started the Cracker Barrel Deli and Thai Cuisine restaurant in 1995 due to her love of cooking, over time she decided to give back to her customers by teaching cooking classes.

I organized a cooking class for my 21 Day Challenge workout group and we had a ton of fun learning these amazing dishes and then dining together! Kitty is a wonderful teacher! I have already made three of the dishes for my family!
Kitty is smart, kind, and an excellent chef. The class is set in her kitchen and I absolutely loved the whole thing. I appreciated the way she took time to explain not just the recipes and ingredients but also demonstrate some awesome food prep tricks and techniques to save time in the kitchen. Definitely recommend if you're interested in thai cooking or even cooking in general. I'll be back for more!
