While we are still a restaurant, Chef Kitty decided to start teaching classes so that she could share her knowledge of Thai cuisine. Meet the Business Owner Kitty T. Business Owner Chef Kitty started the Cracker Barrel Deli and Thai Cuisine restaurant in 1995 due to her love of cooking, over time she decided to give back to her customers by teaching cooking classes.
