Filthy place. If you value your belongings don't store them here. The units are not sealed at all and your belongings will be covered in dirt. don't give them your credit card as they charge whatever they feel like. They sent me a move out letter. The unit was empty on Nov. 25th. The girl at the desk was so lazy that she charged my card without my permission as she again was so lazy she never went and looked to see that the unit was empty per my agreement with them. Do not rent from this company. They up your rent with out telling you. Getting a hold of them is a joke, then when you do get a hold of them they tell you they have to get answers from the owner and say they will get back to you and never do. They are rude and have terrible customer service.

Very unprofessional and shady place. Been charging me after move out and then say they need approval from owner who is never available. Called again TODAY and no answer after multiple calls. Unit 310, you'll never see another dime from me so feel free to stop the automated texts saying i have a balance. Moved out and cleaned the unit back in June 2021.
