i just wanted to mention that i have had a great experience with Maile she actually cares of the tenants at kitts corner and does her work she cares for the people and property even tho mostly she is the only one in office but i see she does her best in other hand MAINTENANCE is horrible wish we can have a good maintenance team that cares for the need of the property in and out and the needs for residents to be living in a nice clean and well maintained units !!!

It use to be a very nice are but now it’s horrible trash in back of building Q and it’s starting to smell and yet nobody has bothered to clean or check it out. They say there is security but you never see them , I the cops more than security.
