I am really grateful for my apartment I have had some problems most of which wasn't Kitts Corners or HNN Properties fault. In fact they were very forgiving and helpful and they will work with you on a lot of things. I eventually want to move but its because I don't want to live in Federal Way for too much longer. Thanks for listeming.
Only one dumpster on site, so you will see trash bags left out from people not making it all the way to the compactor. Kids on scooters not paying attention so you better be.
