They had an add on Zillow. Their deposit on Zillow says $500 then they tell me it’s $1,000. They lied to me numerous times about different stuff. I wouldn’t trust this place honestly. If a a manger lies to you that is shady. I wouldn’t recommend dealing with this place but that was just my experience.

Don’t rent here. The people in the office can’t be reached. There’s always something going on. I moved out. And they are were still charging me rent after someone had already moved into the apartment I was in. Now it’s in collections. I’m still trying to reach someone on the office and can’t get through to them. It’s so frustrating.

The apartments are nice when you look at them for the first time.. then you actually move in the kids are up almost every hour of the day running around screaming and if not screaming playing ding dong ditch or bringing their dogs out to the playground and letting them use the bathroom in the playground area. Maintenance doesn't do the best job with fixing things because the second they say it's fixed it's still the same as before they showed up there is always some lady up at night screaming at her kids or at her phone and ... read more
