Unwelcoming New Management at Kitts Corner The new manager at Kitts Corner has created a very negative atmosphere for residents. Instead of making an effort to build trust and foster a welcoming environment especially for those new to the property she comes across as rude, dismissive, and on an ego trip. i just wanted to mention that i have had a great experience with Maile she actually cares of the tenants at kitts corner and does her work she cares for the people and property even tho mostly she is the only one in office but i see she does her best in other hand MAINTENANCE is horrible wish we can have a good maintenance team that cares for the need of the property in and out and the needs for residents to be living in a nice clean and well maintained units !!!
