I booked a tour on the website and received a confirmation. I showed up to the leasing office on time and after getting multiple text reminders for my upcoming tour appointment. I was informed that the tour couldn't happen because the manager had left and she didn't leave the keys behind. A little while later, the "manager" came, and the first thing she said was, " I don't do tours, and the rest of the staff have left. I viewed their place last year cause I was thinking about moving in there. I love the way their apartments look, but when I tell you that these people do not answer the phone I’ve been trying to reach them for like a week now.
