The apartments are nice when you look at them for the first time.. then you actually move in the kids are up almost every hour of the day running around screaming and if not screaming playing ding dong ditch or bringing their dogs out to the playground and letting them use the bathroom in the playground area. It took Kitts Corner Apartments over 30 days to process my application. After 30 days, they were still asking for the same information and wasting my time. It has now been over two months since I requested my $200 deposit, and I still haven’t received it. They also do not answer their phone. Very unprofessional. If you don’t have over two months to wait, don’t waste your time. They don’t take responsibility.

Maile NEEDS to become the HEAD BISHHH IN CHARGE because the way she helped my family and I after a MONTH long wait to move in OMG she’s truly a God sent! I booked a tour on the website and received a confirmation. I showed up to the leasing office on time and after getting multiple text reminders for my upcoming tour appointment. I was informed that the tour couldn't happen because the manager had left and she didn't leave the keys behind. A little while later, the "manager" came, and the first thing she said was, " I don't do tours, and the rest of the staff have left.
