Outstanding staff at this glass joint. Mary helped me and was so knowledgeable and friendly. They have excellent options for every kind of tool, supplies and glass. I found glass there that hasn't been in production for years with very reasonable pricing. Would recommend

My kids and I came to the Kittrell Riffkind Art Glass Studio as a "field trip" this morning and got a great introduction to stained glass making. Becky and David were very kind and gracious to answer our questions, show us around, and fix the broken soldering on an old bosun whistle of my son's. We can't wait to come back, learn more, and sign up for the Saturday beginners class! Thank you so much for the lovely time! Now my kids have learned the meaning of the word "ethereal."
I came on to talk about a project and the owner wanted to charge me for 10 minutes of consultation. I thought only lawyers did that! Needless to say I have found someone else for both of my projects. Mr. Kitrell you are not the only stained glass artist in the DFW area. I'll be taking my money elsewhere!
Always love this place! They customer service is beyond excellent- this hobby is not cheap, but they are more concerned about making sure you get what will be best for you rather then making a sale. I appreciate their honestly and respect their knowledge. And I always spend more than I intend to!!! I might have a glass shopping addiction…
