Poor service. Was told by an agent that they are unable to access a website to provide a requested document, and that the site is no longer available. I work for another agency, and the site is not down, is accessible, and functioning. I just can't get the document because we are not the agent who wrote the policy. They obviously don't care about their customers and as soon as the policy is sold and they collect the money, they are no longer interested in doing any work.
