This review is more for the staff than anyone else. I waited to write this review so I could write a honest review start to finish. This was our first time ever visiting and unfortunately it was because our almost 11 year old German Shepherd was ready to cross the rainbow bridge. We lost our Rusty boy on 9/25/25 and we are devastated…. He was the kind of dog that makes you think you can have 10 Shepherds… the boy who is legit a one of a kind. Our 1st visit. Our baby girl suddenly could not use her rear feet, she was dragging them. I was so afraid this was going to be a devastating diagnosis. The staff were extremely helpful and caring. The diagnosis was much better then my mind was going. Now she on the meds and hopefully will be better shortly. Thank to the staff and especially the vet. My dogs now have a new vet.
Kittrell Animal Hospital was the absolute nicest people I have met. They were very peaceful and serene with my cat. She stayed calmed and her problem was resolved in a short amount of time. I felt like my fur baby was loved and cared for in the best possible way to help her feel better. Thanks to all the staff, we will be back to see y'all real soon!
I love going to Kittrell Animal Hospital. They were good to us when we had to euthanize our 12 year old dog who had cancer. We got a puppy .. they make over him ... he loves going to the 'doc-doc' there. I love them.
Dr Schultz & Dr Bouchard are wonderful!!! They both are so kind and listen to my concerns. Dr Schultz was so kind when I lost my last fur baby and was so excited when I told her another one found me!! Truly are compassionate and only want the best for your pet! Love them!!!
