Use to live thus vet, then Dr.Darch left. I tried them after Lee left but it was all bad. Dr.Alex treated my large Doberman for E-canis but failed to give him the proper dosage as well as only 18 days worth. my Dog ended up getting really sick and now have permanent damage due to this neglect. Dr.Alex never even apologized and he knew he really messed up. RecommendedDr Alex is awesome and he has a nice friendly staff, always pleasant and not as pricey as some of the vets I have taken my fur babies to. I would highly recommend them🙂

I have lived in this area for 18 years and Lee Darch has been my vet the entire time. He has cared for 4 cats, and 8 dogs and has done a great job. His prices are fair, and his knowledge extensive. He has sold this animal hospital and I dread the day he will leave. I hope the care doesn't lessen and the charge rise. I started with him at N. Wake Animal Hospital. When he left there it took me awhile to find him. The cleaness and care went down after he left and the prices went up.
My dog Colby went outside this morning and got a fishing hook from somewhere stuck in his paw. I rushed him here to Kittrell Animal hospital and they took him right in and he had to be put to sleep and have it removed. I was so upset and nervous and they assured me he would be fine. We had to leave him there for a few hours but they removed it and he is doing fine. The bill was not what I thought it would be. Very affordable. Thanks to everyone there and I recommend this vet to everyone.
