I DID NOT have a satisfactory experience with KAR. They late with the repair by almost one week, when I arrived I was hit with a rather vague $100 increase in the cost. This represents a 16% increase on that portion of the bill. Interestingly this matches the increase in the rental car expense incurred for the delay. Coincidence? They attempted to repair for "free" a very small scrape on the rear bumper and totally botched it.
