1 star is not low enough. My experience with Kitto Sheds & Equipment, Kitto Towing & Recovery, and Koalafi has been one of the most frustrating business experiences I have ever encountered. What makes this situation even more frustrating is that more than $3,000 was paid for repairs that we were told had been completed. After recovering the truck, we ultimately incurred approximately $3,200 in additional repair costs to address issues that we believed had already been repaired. I had the best experience with Alexis. Her eye for design is one of a kind. She was so patient with us and answered all of my questions, I had a lot of questions. We built the most beautiful accessory dwelling for my parents behind my house. Her knowledge of county policies and working for her clients is stellar. The concrete guys were the best I ever seen. I purchased about 18 months ago and everything was excellent. Communication with Alexis responding in reasonable time frames, price better than competitors, and installers were fast and courteous. Don't skimp... Go larger because you will wish that you did. I would like to find out if purchase of a few more sheets and J channel is possible.
They have built many buildings for us. They are amazing.
