Stacy Novak was very approachable. She was more about helping us find exactly what we were searching for than an about making the sale. She cared about us. We would like to continue to work with her when we come back for more furniture pieces to match what we purchased

If we would have known this would be such an easy experience, we wouldn’t have waited so long to upgrade our couches! We live on the west side but chose to travel to Greenwood due to Kittle’s’ great reputation and selection. We had a very specific set in mind (needed a sofa/loveseat, not sectional, with a sleeper) and saleswoman Chris C. greeted us and took us right to what we were looking for.
