Very accommodating even with changing itinerary in my end, easily accessible; clear map / instructions to mooring. Bathrooms very clean.
Really helped me out on a Friday holiday weekend back in May. Travel lift techs were able to get my boat positioned correctly for a safe journey back to Chicago. I appreciate all the help on short notice.
Huge shoutout to Jason and Margaret at Safe Harbor Kittery Point—they are the absolute gold standard for customer service! From the second we booked through Dockwa, they went above and beyond to make sure our trip was seamless. Jason lined up our 43-ft flybridge cruiser with a perfect starboard-side tie, which gave us a magnificent view right from the cockpit. Met Jason, the Club Manager, on a spontaneous visit to the marina and he was incredibly kind and welcoming for me and my daughter. Kittery Point is a beautiful place to dock or moor your boat.
I called the Office on a total flyer trying to find out paint color codes for my new boat (which KP did a bunch of work on with the previous owner 3 years ago) Margret spent 20mins on the phone we tracking all this information down. Well above and beyond.
