Ive been using kittatiny since I was 15 years old in 2001. I am 40 years old and today is the last time I will be using their services. It is no longer safe to go down the river. I was battered by a group of teenagers throwing beers across the river. I now have a hairline fracture that requires a cast. It's a shame that all these people from out of state have decided to make our river their public cesspool. I would not recommend anyone go down the river for their own safety. Disappointing Experience – Rude Staff Ruined the Trip I was really looking forward to this rafting trip, but unfortunately, the staff’s attitude made the whole experience unpleasant. From the moment we arrived, several employees were dismissive and unhelpful, speaking to us in a rude, impatient tone. Rather than making us feel welcome and excited, they made us feel like we were an inconvenience. after they made us wait an hour for the bus and skipped us for people that just showed up after us. 5 Stars to Daniel and Chris for personal touch and finding working canoes for our group. 1 star is for Kittatinny Canoes cheapness and non-working, very outdated equipment. Pocono/Delaware scenery is definitely 5 stars but it is not KC achievement. We have used KC for the last 20 years almost every year, and firsthand witnessed how it is going downhill.
