This is the 4th year I’ve done the river trip from staircase to matamoras. We had a little snafu due to high river levels so our trip was cancelled. Rescheduling was easy peasy and down the river we went! I highly recommend this trip. The scenery is gorgeous!

Lee antes de reservar aquí Nunca vengas a este lugar me hicieron cargos a mi tarjeta de crédito y no me reembolsaron .. la atención es muy mal irrespetuosos cobran cientos de dólares por dos horas cuando me ofrecen 3 o 6 los precios que dan en linea son diferentes cuando llegas al lugar ten cuidado ⚠️ te cargan viajes extras no hay equipo de ayuda o rescate no hay guardias no ofrecen ayuda para los viajes del río .. no dan instrucciones etc etc etc . y si te quedas en el campground te cobran noches de demás .. la música no p... read more

Terrible customer service. Not really sure how this place is still in business. Called and booked a tubing trip for my son and me with Vivien. She asked how old my son was (ten) and registered us. After a two hour drive, we approached the counter where a scale was promptly pulled out from behind the desk and were told the child had to weigh 90 pounds. Richard couldn't care less that we had driven two hours and were never told the child must weigh 90 pounds to get on a tube. His attitude was hard to witness and his lack of em... read more
