I just purchased a new 5x8 metal trailer with a ramp. Service was excellent and down to earth, no kissing ass. I had a problem with my rear signal light on this new trailer. Shawn was quick to figure out the problem was a burnt fuse on my brand new Dodge Durango. The 20amp fuse was probably Made in China, lol.
