One of the best customer service experiences I've had. Kevin was thorough, helpful and kind. He even came out to meet us in the rain so he could make sure we arrived to the right place! Affordable storage with more than fair terms and a lovely staff. Very straightforward and transparent explanation of facilities and use.
Old building and some units have to climb up with ladder
Have had the most excellent experience with this mini-storage facility. The staff is personable and helpful to a “t.” This especially applies to operations manager Kevin who has “saved” me on a couple of occasions. The first was when leaving on Christmas Day for an extended trip overseas and remembered on Christmas Eve that I needed a couple of important items from storage right before they were getting ready to close.
