Dr Wang is skillful and meticulous. He performed excellent root canal and handled my complicated case brilliantly. The dental assistant was kind and reassuring and the office manager was very efficient in handling claims.
Excellent, just excellent! Had a highly complex root canal; orig 3 canals, then a 4th found, and the 4th split into a Y path. Dr. Biddle is incredible at what he does! His patience, & perseverance is second to none! I felt safe, respected, listened to, & my stars... so nurtured. The entire dental team at Kits Endo were so kind & considerate. I was referred to Kitsilano Endodontists by my dentist for treatment. My experience with the receptionist was extremely disappointing. On three or four separate occasions, she was impatient, rude, snappy and unnecessarily abrupt on the phone. This was clearly not a one off incident but a consistent pattern. If you are having a bad day at work, take the day off! When potential patients are met with such poor customer service before they even walk through the door, they will happily walk away to another practice like I did.
Doctor Wang was extremely gentle and thorough with my root canal, and the rest of the staff were amazing. Lowkey was a little healing in helping me get over some of my fear/anxiety of having dental work done. Would recommend if you need a root canal
I did not know I was having root canal, it felt like a cleaning! I had a traumatic root canal decades ago and was not looking forward to it yet they were amazing! Lynn
