I had a pretty negative experience with the front desk staff. The cleaning and dentist care was fine. When I went to pay and reviewed my invoice it was wrong (I was being charged for more time spent cleaning my teeth than I was even there for), I kindly asked the front desk to please double check the invoice. She got up from her chair and in a raise voice accused me of not being willing to pay for the service...extremely unprofessional attitude.
