My experience was much better today; it's all about who you see
Do NOT go here. Find a place with better reviews. They keep calling me to ask me to schedule an $8000 in-office study that I said NO to over three times! Each time I say No, I ask them to please make a note in my file and stop calling me. They say they will but then I get another call. I've had to block two numbers from them already just to stop the insanity. It's unprofessional chaos there.
I had a really bad experience at another location and was sent here for a breathing test instead. Karla (I hope I spelled her name right) was AMAZING! I found the breathing exam a bit difficult, as I had a cold that day and so was having trouble breathing, but she made me feel so comfortable. Thank you for making my visit outstanding!
8/18/21: Updating my review to increase rating to 3 stars based on improved performance. It is also important to note that there has never been an issue with the friendliness of the staff, but more so the lack of communication. What I can say is that the staff genuinely cares and makes an effort to go above what I would normally expect from this type of provider.
