When I first arrived I was amazed at the flurry of activity going on there. I was paired with Madison who sheparded me though 13 sessions of on-site exercise as well as 9 do at home daily exercises. They were focused on stretching the lazy muscles in my left hip. She used a "strength-o-meter" of some kind to measure the before and after results. I was suprised at how much my upper leg muscles improved by staying on the plan. I have plenty of aches and pains to merit a future session.
Wonderful, smart, kind and experts who take amazing care to give patients the best. An extremely welcoming place and no waiting.

I have praised Ellie Wallace once before but, feel she deserves additional accolades. She is very pleasant, informative and a bit tough, which I need! She always gives me an alternative option. Wish you could keep her. But, hire more people like her.
