Got my nails done here, my pedicure was wonderful. But, when I got to my manicure the woman that did my nails was very rude. Not only would she pull my hand harshly instead of asking me nicely to bring them closer to her, she also hit my hand to let me know to dip my hand into the bowl of water instead of using her words...in addition to these she would toss the towel that had my nail clippings and dusting towards my body to the point where my nail clippings and the dusting a were visibly on my clothes. Did not have an appointment yet they were able to take me in for a pedicure. As an older gentleman it has become impossible for me to take care of my feet, it's not a vanity thing just impossible to bend down and do it myself The nail technician was friendly and professional and I could tell she knew what she was doing. I was happy with the results Have been coming to this establishment since I moved to Bremerton and they were half the size that they are now. I always go with a photo of what I want for my nails and they always nail it! Pedicures are always lovely too! Me and my three daughters go here and have been for almost two years. Won't go anywhere else in this area! This pic is two weeks after my nail service! All nails are still on point!
