Oustanding customer service. I'd like to say a "Big" Thank You to Dave Johnson. Yesterday I was on a friend's almost new boat with twin Etec 250 outboards when we had an issue. Kitsap Marina had never met my friend or sold him this boat and outboards. We were in the second day of a derby in Everett and almost put the boat on the trailer. I called Dave and he was able to walk us through a few steps over the phone and resolve the minor issue using our dash panel for the outboards.
