We are so happy with the remodeling job that Kitsap Kitchen and Bath did for us this winter. We had had a plumbing leak so decided to upgrade the look of our 2 bathrooms and refresh the daylight basement with new lighting, paint, and carpet. The plumbers, electricians, designer and contractor were friendly, professional and efficient. They helped us choose appropriate lighting and fixtures for or our budget. We hired Kitsap Kitchen and Bath to replace our old laminate countertops, update our backsplash, and add some floating shelves in the kitchen. Lacey and Randy were so fun to work with and did a wonderful job managing our project. The quoted timelines and prices were spot on and the different install teams were professional and did a beautiful job. Randy and Lacey have been amazing to work with! We are remodeling our kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a big portion of our house. We were overwhelmed with where to start and what to choose and we interviewed several companies. Then we found KBB! They walked us through everything and helped us choose pieces from the showroom. Lacey helped us pick incredible pieces and Randy showed us ways we could do things that would save money. All the workers were kind and professional and did great work. Very happy we went with KBB.
I truly wish I had listened to the other reviews about how difficult it is to get an appointment or even reach someone-it has been constant phone tag and an overall disorganized experience. While we do like the countertops and tile we purchased, the process was far from smooth.
