I bought a bike online and wanted it assembled professionally. I took it to another local bike shop and when I seemed disappointed that it would take two weeks, they implied that if I slipped the mechanic a case of red bull, it would get done quicker. Irritated with this, I took my bike elsewhere. Kitsap bike did a great job, were honest and competent and the bike ran great. If you work or live in the Bremerton and Silverdale areas, add this business to your list of preferred merchants. I've purchased a few bikes and dozens of keys and locks (also one safe) from these folks. I always get great service and exellent advice. They tell me where to spend a little extra for the quality, but also where not to waste my money. My boys love their bikes and they are great quality. Also, every key purchased from this company has worked. Kudos to this great Bremerton merchant.
