The staff/volunteers at the front were rude and insensitive to the desire of the applicant to adopt. The application process is flawed - "first come first serve" is not in the best interest of the pet when considering the applicant is to become their forever family - especially when multiple applicants happen at the same time for the same dog, there should be a screening process to determine the best applicant. And what Humane Society organization places ads for their available pets on craigslist?
