I can't say enough good about Kitsap General Surgery and Dr. Thomas Wixted. (and the ladies who alway answered the phone or returned my calls were professional, kind and so helpful!) I had changed insurance companies and was unable to find a PCP available. I would make an appointment then be cancelled at local medical centers 3 times from January to June. Dr. Guenterberg was awesome with putting my port in. I've had nurses and doctors comment on how well my port was done. He made the experience as pleasant as possible and my port works great.

I was referred to Kitsap General Surgery for a gallbladder removal. The scheduling process was very efficient as I completed the initial consultation with Dr. Wixted and was scheduled for surgery at SMMC in Silverdale within 2 weeks of the referral from my PCP.
