I have had a chronic ingrown toenail for roughly 15 years give or take a year. I was trying to tell Dr Don that it was bigger than he was noticing and that I was willing to have the whole thing out because of how much pain it was causing me, and he refused telling me that they need to do the same treatment that I've been going through for over 10 years that hasn't worked. I even told him I don't feel like you're listening to me and his response was "thank you, goodbye" which pretty much solidified the feeling of him not list... read more
