Absolutely awful and unprofessional. The staff here did not read any of the lengthy intake form they asked me to fill out, not noting important concerns and needs for my care. The staff were unable to get their equipment to work and I had to do at least 8 re-dos to capture my bite wings, leaving me anxious and gagging in the chair while they tried to figure it out. Their hygienist at least showed some compassion when she noticed I was so upset and suggested how they could help in future visits with sedation if needed. Came t... read more
