Dr Lee and staff are amazing. They stayed after hours to help me with a definite problem.
I have had many years of frustrating experiences. Never in my life has anyone explained to me anything about pre authorizing of my dental plan like this. I don't remember her name but she looked so young to know this so well. She fully explained everything from insurance to my treatment plan and billing and fully went over all of my financial responsibility with me. I had a past due bill and I kept getting texts about it. recently got a cleaning from Alicia and exam from Dr.Houser and it was amazing. my teeth were a little sore but thats from not going to the dentist for so long, Alicia was very efficient and through and was very knowledgeable about how I could better my dental hygiene. Dr.Houser was also great and very informative about my teeth and why my teeth are more susceptible to cavities and helped me treatment plan my care to help fight and prevent that. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
I went in to get a quote for extensive dental care. This office must have all new staff nobody knows whats going on. I have been waiting 5 days for a quote and dental plan. Dentist said she sent the quote. I have received no quote. I contacted again and asked to resend the quote and have not heard a word back. Don't do business with this office. Terrible.
Kitsap Dental is the best and most wonderful dental practice! Thank you to Dr. Wells, Alicia, Maria, Cynthia, and the office manager for caring so much about my teeth. I love my teeth and appreciate all of you.
