Horrible experience. The owner talks a good talk but doesn't follow through. We signed a contract 13 months ago to have built-in bookshelves built and installed. It was delayed for multiple reasons, and most of the delays were in the company's control. We renegotiated the deadline 4 times and also reduced the scope, but the failed to be installed. (We also haven't received any plans as promised in the contract!) The company refuses to refund our 80% deposit.
