I dropped in while visiting from LA. if you’re in the area I highly recommend this box. It is well equipped and well coached and a nice group of athletes.
This was my first CrossFit gym ever! I was always so intimidated because all the athletes I’d seen looked jacked! But with courage, I reached out and realized that while there are very in shape members who are “goals!!” There are so many more people of all shapes and sizes at KCF! I enjoy my class last night I came to Poulsbo for work and I found the gym very friendly and class was fun I do appreciate it and they made me feel part of their community 🤍
I had nothing but a great experience here. I've done CrossFit workouts on my own but, never in a actual Crossfit gym setting before. This was my first CrossFit gym that I've been apart of. I was concerned in not getting all the workouts just right when I first joined, however, that wasn't an issue at all. All the couches I met were extremely helpful and very beginner friendly. Coming from someone that was at first timid to step into the unknown and give this a go, I can safely say that every bit of courage collected to get myself in the door payed out massively. This fitness family has your back and constantly devotes itself to your self-improvement and helping you reach your goals – however insurmountable they may seem. So come on!
