Great drop in, everyone was friendly and welcoming, great coaching, big gym!
The coaches are very friendly and helpful. Everyone seems wonderful!
Dropped in while traveling for work and had a great couple classes! Everyone was so welcoming and coaches were knowledgeable and attentive to all members. Classes started and ended on time which is always a plus!
Great community and space that I’m looking forward to joining as I reintroduce myself to CrossFit! The coach and athletes were all extremely welcoming and on 3,2,1 go I felt like part of the crew just sweating along side everyone else.
I dropped in while visiting from LA. if you’re in the area I highly recommend this box. It is well equipped and well coached and a nice group of athletes.
