I have been to multiple branches and always been treated kindly except for at the Silverdale branch. The older lady in the drive-through at the Silverdale branch is terrible. Her customer service is some of the worst I’ve seen. She should probably retire. I brought in some dollar bills that were damaged. They had some grease on them from a change machine and per the policy online on their own website which I checked prior to coming, they are supposed to take the bills bag them up and list them as contaminated and send them o... read more
In general, I really like doing business with Kitsap Credit Union. Had a great truck purchase experience with them and would go through them again on my next auto purchase. The old Silverdale branch was great! However, when it comes to this branch.... just DONT!! Do Not use this branch. In my opinion the staff here is just incompetent and ineffective. Save yourself the frustration and go to the downtown Bremerton branch or Belfair branch.
Customer service is not happening at this location. They as a whole have lost it.
Horrible experience with an auto loan. They had to answer simple questions by going and getting a manager each time because they couldn’t figure out how to help cash a loan check to move to another bank. Teller Devin was especially unhelpful. It was lunch hour and particularly busy. He had to leave twice to go ask for assistance both times he went and sat down in offices, having no real purpose, or moving with any sort of efficiency.
In the digital tech world we live in why can't I transfer funds from my account to another account that isn't mine?! EFT, ACH, EBT but I have to pay a wire transfer fee?? Do better KCU Mobile App update is glitchy but will hopefully improve. I've been banking with KCU for over 20 years, there's 1 teller I love but the newer staff needs to find a better customer service personality lol
