I was very pleased with my visit the other day. Lona was my teller and she was super helpful, sweet and had excellent customer service skills.
DO NOT get a car loan from these people, the negative reviews and barrage of BBB complaints don't lie, YOU WILL REGRET IT. Not only can you never get ahold of anyone if you need to contact them, but they use scam companies to "verify" insurance information.
Worst customer service ever. I was not expecting to be greeted with such hostility by your bank teller. She kept telling me I was ignorant and that she could not help me due to my ignorance. How is me asking for assistance on my account ignorant? It’s her job, isn’t it? She just wasted my time completely. And in an EXTREMELY rude matter.
No good obsolete policy that seems to be in the best interest of a for profit bank. Bad customer service, lacks.
My wife and I went in for the 2nd time to sign some paperwork. Again Tyler, was our helper (little does he help). Called in about Tyler to the manager 2 weeks ago about him. We took a seat near the front desk where he was helping the customers. After he was done, he looked at us, but then proceeded to head to the teller area where he works.
