I’ve been trying to help my mom close out my deceased father’s account for months, and this has been an extremely frustrating process. Despite repeated assurances that documents were being mailed, nothing has arrived — we are now on day 12 with no documents. At one point, someone from the credit union called and told me they could cut a check, so I rearranged my day to be available with my mom. They never called back. I love my business account here. However, please understand that account holders with cars cannot access you atm. For me to open my door I would damage my car and your atm by not having the atm at the window level of a car. I’m not sure what prompts this institution to assume everyone has a truck or suv, but it’s a clear mistake.
Love this place. Such great people.
It seems to be a main goal of Kitsap credit union to make everyone of their processes the most frustrating and difficult as possible can’t access funds can’t get changed. Can’t do deposits can’t do withdrawals accounts, constantly locked up completely ridiculous company that I will be closing all of my accounts with. You get better customer service from an automatic car wash.
