ALERT ***BEWARE! THIS IS KITSAP BANK & NOT KITSAP CREDIT UNION! I was Charged an ATM Fee thinking I was at a BECU affiliate such as; Kitsap Credit Union but I was mistaken. I was at Kitsap Bank!
Wasted 30 minutes of my time here opening a new account to deposit a check, just to be told after creating the account that new accounts have a 30 day check hold. Screw that, you tell someone that upfront when they ask you if they can deposit a check today.
Nothing but fees stay away. Charged $32 dollars because I didn’t have the $3 in my checking account (it was in savings) needed to initiate a digital transfer.
Terrible website. Terrible phone reps.
