I have been a customer here as a small business and personal accounts for over 10 years with have had nothing but excellent service here and would highly recommend them.
Can't access my account, keep getting transaction error! Checked balance online.....have plenty of money in account, just can't withdraw any of it!
I stopped at the location on Silverdale Way in Silverdale, WA to cash a payroll check drawn from their bank and they demanded a fee. The young lady I was speaking with was kind, but the absolutely atrocious service from the teller next to her was unacceptable. She was extremely condescending and confrontational regarding the fee as I simply asked why since it was a payroll check drawn off their bank I would be charged a fee…her response was if you want the money right now then you have to pay a convenience fee.
