Can't access my account, keep getting transaction error! Checked balance online.....have plenty of money in account, just can't withdraw any of it!
I stopped at the location on Silverdale Way in Silverdale, WA to cash a payroll check drawn from their bank and they demanded a fee. The young lady I was speaking with was kind, but the absolutely atrocious service from the teller next to her was unacceptable. She was extremely condescending and confrontational regarding the fee as I simply asked why since it was a payroll check drawn off their bank I would be charged a fee…her response was if you want the money right now then you have to pay a convenience fee. The staff is very friendly, courteous and helpful.As for the banks policies I would rate higher if not for that reason.Bank is not open on Saturdays.They will charge you for cashing a check that is written from them but do not bank there personally.
Disappointing bank I've ever been to. I dealt with kim or Kimberly. She's rude disrespectful and absolutely unprofessional I had the worst experience
