I had a great experience with Kits Plumbing — they were punctual, professional, and fixed the issue quickly.
Kits Plumbing & Heating installed a new hot water heater (Bradford White) in late February and it has been superb. The expert plumber Allan did an excellent job removing the old and installing the new. Excellent service, excellent product!

NO SHOW!! After booking my appointment (with the owner no less), and taking the morning off work, Jackson was a no show. After two phone calls and no responses, I can only assume they will never come. I'd like to send you the invoice for my time! If only I could give less than one star...
