Kits has a great product in the AB inflatables. Unfortunately, after they sell you the inflatable and engine, the aftersales service is terrible. Too bad if you don't like something they installed badly or wrong or poorly. he does not seem to care. As for warranty work, appears to come at time and materials. Very disappointing service.

I bought a 8.5 feet Hypalon aluminum dinghy. They delivered it to False Creek and left it inflated at the dock. There was a small leak and they took it back and gave me a brand new one. The leak was a small hole likely caused by a nail on the dock when they inflated it. I was super impressed with their service. Also got it on sale at a great price.

I have an old inflatable - stopped by for insights - very helpful and won't hesitate to go back. Certainly to be considered when the new inflatable is needed.
