My best experience buying eye glasses with Hadi.
Went to check prescription glasses, I felt I went to a zoo.
Horrible customer service. Ignored customers and were rude when approached.
I haven't been in the store, but I ordered contacts online and it was such a good experience. Their communication was excellent. They emailed me to let me know they didn't have my contacts in stock, and were ordering them in. I needed them in a short time frame (my bad for ordering too close to a wedding)! And they changed the delivery to express shipping, free of charge. My contacts arrived in time :) Seriously great experience. Thank you KITS!
Its your typical kits cafe with an eyeglasses store attached to it. The frames are quite nice. Im glad its all canadian. The fellow that helped my wife was thorough and friendly. He helped my wife with selecting the right frames and got her the right frames with the prescription. We are waiting on the glasses to come by mail which should take about a week or so. So we'll see if they work out. Thank you Kits Cafe and Eyewear.
