I’ve purchased from Kits a few times: two occasions for myself and once for my elderly mom who was not able to visit the store (which definitely made things more of a challenge)! It feels a little chaotic at first but once you figure out how to put your name on the waiting list for help, it gets easier. I wear progressive lenses and am so thrilled at the frames and the prices which Kits offers. Oray helped me out twice and was so patient and knowledgeable. Thank you, Oray!
