A couple months ago, Ken fixed my exhaust on my 2007 Subaru Forester for the SECOND time after the darn thing busted a hole in the winter. I live right up the street from this place and each time I have gone to him not only has he priced his work incredibly reasonably, but he cuts the bullshit out and does exactly what needs to be done. Made an appointment confirmed an appointment canceled on me. I took off time for this appointment person on the phone claimed. I can't come in Tuesday. I took off work for this 2 stars
The guy was really friendly nice place I will be back for all of my automobile services
I asked around where should I get my exhaust leak fixed ... the car was very loud. A neighbor suggested a place in Ann Arbor. Others suggested Kitley's. I work in Stockbridge, so I thought, "Why not keep it local?" I'm very pleased. Ken could have said I needed something expensive, but he didn't. He repaired a connection with the catalytic converter and patched a second area. I forgot how quiet the car could be. 5 stars for Kitley's Custom Exhaust and Auto!
