I have struggled to find a local vet. Although I do not live in Kitimat it is worth the journey! The staff is very friendly and welcoming. My German shepherd doesn’t have the best manners yet, we are working hard at training however he has a long way to go. The staff didn’t make me feel bad for his bad behaviour and helped encourage his good behaviour! The vet was gentle and full of helpful information. The staff followed up with me after his surgery and that was much appreciated. Great team.
My appointment for my puppy was phenomenal! All the staff and Dr.Howard were super stars and very knowledgeable. I’m so happy to have found a vet with caring people! Thank you so much ! I look forward to coming every time my puppy needs a check up! :)
Trying to get in to see the vet for my son’s cat. Because my ex took the cat to Rupert before they refused to see him because he had a previous vet. When I tried to explain the situation the lady hung up on me.
My partner and I were so lucky to have found this vet clinic/ hospital! We are currently on holidays and 15 hours/ over 1, 400 kms from home, even having a full schedule they took us in. All of the staff we came across were amazing, showed compassion and empathy. They explained everything they wanted to do to help us, step by step and we took all of the advice. We are so thankful and thrilled at the over and above service that was provided.
You offer a service, Monday to Friday, don’t update your hours for holidays. Here we are Monday morning at your office, nothing posted about your holiday hours. Call your emergency line and I’m routed to some random vet office that turns out to be in prince rupert, which I had to ask what city they are located in. Really cool to know you guys are closed until Wednesday. There’s minimum 3 vets that work in kitimat and you’re telling me the three of them couldn’t have rotated for the holidays?
