I'm there every day I'm in kitimat. Typically around 5:30am usually 2-4 other people, no waiting for equipment. The men's change room has two showers. There is a cardio area upstairs and a plethora of free weights and machines downstairs. No mirrors though so form feedback is non existent unfortunately but the monthly price is very reasonable.
