Highly recommend. Great workouts, great people and a really positive vibe. Perfect for all fitness levels. Kite will challenge you as well as help with modifications for limitations. He's got you covered.
This is the best gym for me and I am sure you will agree! This gym is clean, friendly and one of a kind. It is group training but feels like one on one training. There is never any judgement. Always feel supported even when the eyes roll sometimes.

KiteFit is everything I’ve been looking for in a gym! They have class times almost every hour ranging from 4am-7pm, there’s no excuse to not be able to make one of them. Kite is so knowledgeable and sure knows his stuff! You are in good hands at KiteFit. I started going at 5/6pm but now love it so much I can’t stop going at 5am!
