I bought a part for my RV commode. When i questioned the surcharge on my receipt the owner came out of his office with a book to show me what they pay to have parts shipped to them. he then told me I got my money and to get the H-- out and not come back. He literally chased me out the door and said if I were a man he would have dropped me right there. He almost knocked my elderly mother over trying to chase me out. Horrible people that do not care about their customers. stay far far away, drive further and get better service.
Saving you the trouble, don't go to them for any RV for service work. They perform bad service work, it'll cost you twice the amount to have it done, and 1 out of about 8 things they do you'll have to have re-done. The Service Mgr told me that he couldn't come up with an excuse when I asked him why they didn't see or fix the the things I requested to have done (check and repair all slideouts).
