At 72 years of age, and having worked as a carpenter for most of my life, I decided to build in Cervantes and use Kitco as supplier of house kit to lock up. Product was very good and all things came together as they should with a 5 star rating from me . More importantly though was the service I received from Sam. He impressed me with his honesty , integrity and attention to detail.
We initially had a promising start with KITCO, but despite multiple follow-ups, our emails were consistently ignored by Sam.
Sam and the team did a great job, easy to deal with and delivered in the timeframe agreed (9 months). We were building two houses at the same time and the other "big builder" still hasn't finished. Kitcko were professional!
We built the Wylie with Kitco, changed a couple of things on the plan to suit us, and very impressed. The build went great, contractors were all very professional and very easy people to work with. Thankyou for the team at Kitco we are very happy, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend you to anyone.
This is the first home we have had built . We would recommend KITCO Builders to build your new home. We would certainly use Ben & the Kitco Team again .
