He was so sarcastic with me..he asked me what l had done for a living...l told him l was a retired nurse...he said ..oh great...sarcastically...then he said my blood pressure was high...l asked him what it was..he says u don't need to know..l said it's my blood pressure...l took it when l got home..l did not deserve to be treated the way he treated me...unbeleivable..l was so upset when 'll left..had angina.. l still cant believe he would treat a pt. like that...he did no e.c.g. or heart ultrasound..what does this tell u abo... read more
Extremely unprofessional and negligent care.I am highly disappointed with my experience at this clinic. The administrative staff is incredibly rude, dismissive, and lacks basic empathy. Worse, the medical care is completely unprofessional. I felt utterly neglected as a patient, with my concerns ignored and my health sidelined. A cardiologist's office should prioritize patient well-being, but here you are treated like a burden. Avoid this place if you want proper medical care.
Staff very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Kitching is direct and straight to the point!
