Very good customer service. Patient with change requests, on time and fulfilled all promises. Home visit builders & technicians were polite, tidy and thorough.
The team at KitchenU was absolutely fantastic to work with. From design to installation, they made the entire process remarkably smooth and stress-free. They were always friendly, quick to answer my questions, and incredibly accommodating whenever we needed to make changes. I highly recommend them!
We are absolutely in love with our new kitchen from Kitchen Ü! The service was exceptional. Even though my enquiry was small (I only ordered a single kitchen bench panel), they were really responsive and happy to help. What stood out to me was how well they kept track of everything and followed up along the way. I did have a small issue with my order, but they acknowledged it and sorted it out very patiently. They were honest and easy to deal with, which I really appreciated. I’d happily recommend them.
