The service was exceptional. Even though my enquiry was small (I only ordered a single kitchen bench panel), they were really responsive and happy to help. What stood out to me was how well they kept track of everything and followed up along the way. I did have a small issue with my order, but they acknowledged it and sorted it out very patiently. They were honest and easy to deal with, which I really appreciated. I’d happily recommend them.
All of our team at KitchenU were great. Our designer, Aaron, worked with us in a prompt and friendly manner with great attention to detail and provided thoughtful advice. Trent, our installer, was accurate and efficient and had great taste in music.
Choosing Kitchen U to replace my old kitchen was hands down the best decision I could have made. The team (Aaron - Kitchen designer, Dani - Interior designer, and Cam - the Installer) were all absolutely brilliant, and I can't thank them enough for their efforts. Everyone I spoke with was amazing and super helpful, and the quality of product is amazing.
I can’t give enough praise to Aaron at KitchenU! We were very impressed with his level of knowledge, detail and willingness to help. When we set out to find someone to help with our kitchen, I wanted it to be a wonderful experience and it really has been. It’s rare these days to get the sort of customer service we’ve had from Aaron. We also had our bathroom and laundry cabinets done by them as well. Thanks also to Chris and Trent for the install!! It all looks amazing.
