We recently had a full kitchen remodel performed by QBI. We couldn't have been more pleased with the process and the results. They created a design for the kitchen that made excellent use for the space and even gave us various estimates and design plans to choose from. Deanna guided us in the showroom with choosing cabinet styles, flooring, backsplash tile, fixtures, and countertops (she was also great in communicating with us via email / phone). We could not be more pleased with our kitchen renovation by Kitchens By QBI. Deanna’s help with the design and selections was invaluable, and we just cannot say enough good things about the QBI construction team. They are the epitome of professionalism. They arrived on time each day and worked diligently until the job was complete, in just a matter of a few weeks. On workmanship I would give QBI more than 5 stars, they do really good work, I had an entertainment system and mudroom cabinets installed and even with a very unique room, they made everything look great. The reason for only 3 stars.....although Amanda is a very pleasant person, her follow and communication is less than ideal. I won't go into all the details but it took a year to finish the mudroom (install pullout shelves).... Kitchens by QBI did our kitchen renovation and it is fantastic! We loved every aspect of the project. Brian's design was awesome! The quality of every component is of the highest caliber, and the price was extremely fair. I would do business with them again without hesitation.
Brian and his team have completed multiple projects at our home. Their consulting, workmanship and customer service are outstanding. I place a high value on peace-of-mind, QBI has never disappointed. I call QBI first for just about any home project, even if it isn't a kitchen or bath, hoping they can do it.
