On workmanship I would give QBI more than 5 stars, they do really good work, I had an entertainment system and mudroom cabinets installed and even with a very unique room, they made everything look great. The reason for only 3 stars.....although Amanda is a very pleasant person, her follow and communication is less than ideal. I won't go into all the details but it took a year to finish the mudroom (install pullout shelves).... Brian and his team have completed multiple projects at our home. Their consulting, workmanship and customer service are outstanding. I place a high value on peace-of-mind, QBI has never disappointed. I call QBI first for just about any home project, even if it isn't a kitchen or bath, hoping they can do it.
Kitchens by QBI did our kitchen renovation and it is fantastic! We loved every aspect of the project. Brian's design was awesome! The quality of every component is of the highest caliber, and the price was extremely fair. I would do business with them again without hesitation.
We have a new kitchen that in our visitors words looks like furniture grade cabinets. The process was not a hard sell, and the terms were exceptional. The team from QBI was exceptional, skilled, and worked with us to make our kitchen new. The contractors they brought in were exceptional, in doing the new floors and the granite counter tops.
