While the end result was pretty good, the process was unsatisfactory and more expensive than expected. It sounds like much depends upon who you work with. The person we worked with was inattentive (except when payments came due) and disorganized (e.g., he left out under cabinet lighting that we had said we wanted). When we emailed questions, he might answer one, but not others, so we had to keep asking. I got the feeling that, once we were contractually committed, he lost interest.
Kris was a true professional from our first meeting till the final installation. Kitchens by Premier had the selection that fit our budget with a wide selection of products. He has a team of top notch individuals that actually take pride in their work. Kitchens by Premier underpromised and over delivered!
Kris is very knowledgeable, and was helpful and creative while designing my new kitchen space. Our new cabinets, sink, and counters are high quality, and arrived in very good shape. I would not hesitate to recommend Kitchens By Premier to anyone looking to remodel their kitchen space!
I love my new kitchen, and the quality of my cabinets; however felt my Premier rep could have offered more in terms of layout ideas. I have one wall with a sliding glass door, the only window in kitchen, and the previous sink was facing that door from countertop, which is nice for natural light. The first draft of new kitchen had the sink facing a wall, and lots of interrupted counter space with stove, sink all in a row against the wall, and then a big blank island.
