We worked with Camon who had great ideas and was very helpful and for the most part, readily available to answer any questions. I say for the most part since there were a couple times when we were expecting follow up from him and then informed he was on vacation. While the end result was pretty good, the process was unsatisfactory and more expensive than expected. It sounds like much depends upon who you work with. The person we worked with was inattentive (except when payments came due) and disorganized (e.g., he left out under cabinet lighting that we had said we wanted). When we emailed questions, he might answer one, but not others, so we had to keep asking. I got the feeling that, once we were contractually committed, he lost interest.
Kris was a true professional from our first meeting till the final installation. Kitchens by Premier had the selection that fit our budget with a wide selection of products. He has a team of top notch individuals that actually take pride in their work. Kitchens by Premier underpromised and over delivered!
