Horrible. Located at the Red Oaks Mill Plaza across from Dunkin Donuts. They asked me to put down a one-thousand dollar deposit in December 2023 and never scheduled a starting date for the work. It’s October 2024 and I’m still trying to get my money back.

I shopped around a lot before choosing KBD for my new kitchen, laundry room and bathrooms for a new build in Dutchess County. Every step of the way both John and Heath were super helpful, had amazing design ideas, that I never even thought of, professional and overall the best value for a custom kitchen. Great to work with! So helpful with design. Always responded quickly if I had a question. Contractor that came to do the work was great and got the work done timely, he was here everyday working on the job until it was done.
