I Waited 10 days before reaching out but they don't answer any calls. I feel that they waisted my time coming out to estimate and then not following up with actually letting me know what the materials and install would come to. Not the way business should be handled at all. They were pleasant in person but that didn't extend to them completing any work in my home. Very disappointing and wouldn't recommend!
Our bathroom was remodeled in January. Torn down to studs. Drywall, bathtub, onyx walls, new window, vanity, exhaust, the whole nine yards. The toilet leaked damaging the new floor. Brad did pay a plumber to come fix that. Today 9 months later my husband is tearing out the vanity, toilet and trim to replace the flooring himself. Brad offered a refund on the floor last week. We've not seen that yet. 9 months, you'd think your brand new bathroom shouldn't need replaced that soon.
Always friendly and knowledgeable. The place to come to for flooring and options when it comes to your house.
