I had Kitchens and Bathrooms First (KBF) contracted to do renovations to both my bathrooms in my condo. I recently emailed KBF to get information pertaining to one of their Renos from 2016. The issue was a hairline crack in a toilet tank which was installed by them. I was hoping to purchase a replacement tank. Within minutes, I got a reply from Adam from KBF identifying the exact product I needed as a replacement. Full marks from me on a flawless bathroom renovation! Noel is an artist! The entire staff is professional and helped me patiently through the selection process. It was very helpful that they have their own showroom; I wish they had a computer visualisation tool though. When renovation day came, I was relieved to find that stress was non-existent and upheaval at a minimum, due to the quiet and respectful workers.
