Wanted cabinet doors in charcoal grey, but got medium-dark grey ones instead. Their argument is that I picked that colour from a sample photo online, which is true. However, the photo they sent me online looked a lot darker than how it appears in person. I did mention charcoal grey/nearly black several times, but unfortunately this is what they think charcoal grey is.
